(FILM) Be careful what you leave for trash—you never know what kind of artist is out there scouring your Glad bags for a muse. Filmmaker Jason Ryan used a gig cleaning out an old apartment as inspiration for The Kodachrome Memoirs, a movie he created with Nelson Harst comprising field recordings and over 1,000 slides salvaged from the dump. One stranger's past is now artistically reenvisioned. (Rendezvous, 2322 Second Ave, 441-5823. 8 pm, $5.) JENNIFER MAERZ
