(MUSIC) Through the Herculean effort of local DJ/producer Kris Moon, Laptop Battles have become an international phenomenon. For tonight's championship bout, in addition to flaunting his own jaw-dropping digital chops, Moon hosts finalists from competitions in Portland, Vancouver, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. Contestants flamboyantly wring their most exciting three-minute chunks of 0s and 1s in a war of neurons and dope beats: think WWE transposed to a science-fiction project fair.
