(READING) In the '80s and '90s, witty pop-culture critic Bret Easton Ellis's novels revolved around nose candy, high society status, and either fucking or bludgeoning the shit out of the characters he created. In his latest book, Lunar Park, Ellis is the main character—and while he's still packing beak and living lasciviously, his lack of a moral skin comes back to haunt him in more ways than one.
