Why use Tom Baker's doctor if you aren't going to show any of his episodes?

A. Even today, he is the most recognizable Doctor.
B. I imagine the burlesque being displayed at this event will have some kind of scarf costume
C. Perhaps Mary has never actually seen Doctor Who and thinks that it is only Tom Baker in the role.
