TUESDAY
1. Can You Handle My Randall?
A Randall is a filter that's connected to a tap of beer and filled with flavor-enhancing ingredients (like fresh fruit or coffee beans), and the Pine Box will have 12 beers that have been infused with strange ingredients to try tonight. As they say, "The Twelve Randalls return again to have you asking, 'what the F*** did you put in my beer?'" It will be an Oregon vs. Washington brewery event, with six representatives from each state.

2. Lagers and LEGOs
Indulge in the two best kind of LEGOs at Capitol Cider—actual blocks and the virtual ones in The LEGO Movie. Orlison Brewing Company will also have nine lagers for you to choose from, in addition to Capitol Cider's regular selection to help you fully engage in the Seattle Beer Week festivities.

3. Mox Boarding House's All Geeks, All Games
GeekGirlCon and Mox Boarding House are inviting everyone to play board games, Magic: The Gathering, miniature gaming, and other types of games at this event promoting diversity and inclusiveness in the gaming community.

4. Seattle 17th of May Festival: Syttende Mai
This celebration of Norway's Constitution day offers family activities, a luncheon, music and entertainment, and the grand finale: a parade featuring marching bands, Norwegian-American lodges, drill teams, classic cars, and more.

5. Suley en Vogue Night
Join Suley Era for their monthly lifestyle-focused community salon in the Fireside Room of the Sorrento, where they gather with musicians, artists, and fashion-centric individuals for a night of urbanite glamour.

6. Tanya Tagaq Presents Nanook of the North
Tanya Tagaq, an Inuk throat singer who uses orchestral arrangements and solo harmonizing to create a unique and disturbing sonic majesty all her own, presents a personal interpretation of "Nanook of the North," a film both responsible for shedding light on First Peoples' culture while also fostering much of the violent stereotypes regarding indigenous communities.

7. A Tribute to Merle Haggard
A tribute to the man, the myth, the lonesome fugitive by a few country all-stars, including Dave Harmonson, Ron W. Bailey, Danny Baker, Gerard Collier, and Fredd Luongo.

8. We Are Seattle
Broadcast Journalist Enrique Cerna moderates this panel of families, immigrants, refugees, and the agencies that serve them; they will talk about specific community needs as well as broader perspectives on national politics.

WEDNESDAY
9. Aesthetic Mess: Nail Polish
Post-punk synth mutant minimal wave freaks DJ Jermaine and DJ Goo Goo who usually get it going real weird as Aesthetic Mess present local cyber goons Nail Polish in The Den.

10. Beyoncé Parties
Even if you didn't get tickets to the sold-out Beyoncé show today, you can still celebrate Queen Bey at dance parties at 88 Keys, Central Saloon, and Vermillion.

11. Big Queer Vegan Fundraiser
Help ...And We're Queer raise money for a vehicle to make the dreams of becoming a mobile vegan hair studio come true. Tickets are $8 at the door, and there will be a silent auction and live performances by members of the local queer and vegan communities.

12. Chat Room: Net Art Aesthetics
Chat Room is a quarterly forum on art in the age of the internet, featuring lively, often lighthearted discussion, PowerPoint presentations, and games. This installment will focus on South African artist Tabita Rezaire's question, "is the Internet a colonized space?" Does the internet anonymize, equalize, and connect—and/or is it just hierarchical and oppressive?

13. Chris Guillebeau
Entrepreneur/writer/speaker Chris Guillebeau, author of The Art of Non-Conformity, speaks about his newest release Born for This: How to Find the Work You Were Meant to Do.

14. Flix & Brews with Pelican Brewing
Mammoth will play two beer-related movies, Strange Brew and Beer Fest, to celebrate Seattle Beer Week. There will also be a concession stand with sandwich pairings and Pelican beers, and trivia with prizes during intermission.

15. Humble Feast
Celebrate locally sourced, organic, and sustainable food at this picnic-themed event featuring workshops, speakers, dinner, and square dancing with a live band.

16. THePETEBOX with Paris Alexa
THePETEBOX is a solo performer, musician, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who broke out as a beatboxer and later expanded his reach through the use of a loop pedal, guitar, and a multi-phonic voice box.

17. Prison Art Exhibit
This art exhibit organized by Huskies for Opportunities in Prison Education features a to-scale model prison cell and aims to "bring to light the humanity of all individuals, whether inside or outside of prison." They'll also have Krispy Kreme donuts for sale; proceeds will buy dictionaries for prisoners at Monroe Correctional Complex. (Through Thursday)

18. The Realization of Emily Linder
This play by Richard Strand is a weighty comedy about retired college professor, Emily Linder, who, while surrounded by family, begins busily planning her own death. (Through Saturday)

19. "Sound Effect" Live: A Friend in Need
KPLU's Sound Effect will present a live radio show featuring interviews, photos, and live music. The stacked lineup will include author Tom Robbins reading from his memoir about radio and playing archived recordings of his '60s-era broadcasts; photographer Tim Durkan talking about the hidden side of Seattle; Kimya Dawson sharing stories and songs; writer Melanie McFarland giving a live storytelling performance; and Earshot Jazz Golden Ear Award-winning Skerik's BANDALABRA performing alternative jazz.

20. The Wake: Flower Power Edition
The Wake is an early morning dance party for everyone and anyone who likes sunshine and aerobics at the crack of dawn. Go early (6am) for a pre-party yoga workout with Brielle Ericsson from Bala Yoga, or come at 7am for the party, featuring the DJ talents of Kryspin and Dr. Fever.

THURSDAY
21. Celestial Trax with Korma, Zenojim, and Ozma
Celestial Trax hones a cryptic orchestra of wrapped melodies and glassy percussion. Head to the dance floor and let these unique sounds recharge you with their alien beauty and minimalist grime.

22. Disaster and a Movie: Twister in Hecklevision
In honor of the 20th anniversary of the 1996 disaster drama film starring Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt as storm chasers, Central Cinema will play Twister, but with a twist (har, har). Before the film, Matt Auflick of the City of Seattle Office of Emergency Management and Ted Beuhner of the Warning Coordination Meteorologist with the National Weather Service will give a talk, and, during the film, you can text a number to have your "disaster-related questions, comments, jokes, or cow noises" posted on screen.

23. DoNormaal, Nightspace, Lilac, Hoop
Some of Seattle's most exciting burgeoning experimental music talents will be together in one room at Kremwerk.

24. Free Scoop Day
Cool off with a sweet treat at Cupcake Royale's 4th annual Free Scoop Day, with fresh dairy donated by Meadowsweet Dairy.

25. Hemp Jewelry Making
Hempfest Central will hand you hemp twine and free beads, then help you learn how to make a necklace, bracelet, anklet, zipper pull, or key chain.

26. Magnifique
Gorejess hosts this burlesque/variety cabaret that will bring you back to the 1920s. Their hook: "We will mix some of Seattle’s best premier burlesque performers with some of our gorgeous 'ladies' from Le Faux giving you a whole new twist on burlesque never seen on stage before. By the end of the show your head and mind will be spinning: confused and shadowy which lady was real or just an illusion.”

27. Radical Face with The Little Books
Radical Face, a product of musician Ben Cooper, combines lyrics tinged with Southern Gothic tales and magical realism with a soundtrack of guitar and strings. According to Radical Face, this music exists in the "realm where phantasmorgia and fables become one...in a place where young girls sleepwalk on water, forest witches heal the sick, and an age­old family has the power to communicate with the dead."

28. Skagit River Poetry Festival
Readings, music, interviews, panel discussions, and storytelling are offered at the Skagit River Poetry Festival, a weekend celebration of literature up north in cute little La Conner. The list of performers is long and prestigious, and includes Naomi Shibab Nye, Richard Kenney, Jan Zwicky, Jamaal May, Daemond Arrindell, Tarfia Faizullah, Matt Gano, Aimee Nezhukumatathil, and Tod Marshall. (Through Sunday)

29. Spyro Gyra
Jazz fusionists Spyro Gyra, who have performed over 5000 shows and released 31 albums in the last 40+ years, headline. Fun fact: the band name is a misspelling of a type of green algae, Spirogyra.

30. Vocalpoint! Seattle: Sing, Sing, Swing!
Experience the brassy bravado of the Big Band era through the jazzy tracks of Vocalpoint's Sing, Sing, Swing production. (Through Sunday)

31. Ye Olde Bier Fest
Expect servers in medieval costumes, cask ales, and turkey legs at this communal feast for Seattle Beer Week.

FRIDAY
32. '80s vs '90s — The Purple Edition with DJ Indica Jones
Celebrate the music from two great decades with local talent DJ Indica Jones, boy (cover) band sensation #All4Doras, Mo J., and special guests.

33. Art Globally: Indigo Allure
Learn more about indigo textiles from textile collector David Paly and Botanical Colors founder Kathy Hattori at this event that also offers drinks, refreshments, and the chance to check out all the Asian Art Museum galleries.

34. Beat Science: Music in Motion
Watch, eat, and listen, as the tap dancers of Alchemy Tap Project perform live interpretations of anything from jazz to electronic music, while a curated dinner from the Tin Table is served. (Through Saturday)

35. Gluck's Orphée
Tenor Aaron Sheehan, who just won a Grammy for his role as Orphée in Charpentier’s opera, now brings his talents to the same role in Pacific Musicworks' production, directed by Gilbert Blin and conducted by the Grammy-winning Stephen Stubbs. (Through Sunday)

36. Golden Gardens Flow Art Gathering
All "flow toys" welcome at this free flow arts gathering; consider donating to support this event, the local fire department, and the Seattle Boys and Girls Club.

37. Heavy Metal Beer Night
Jamie Mastin of New Belgium Brewing will spin metal at this tasting night featuring beers that have appropriately heavy metal names, including the Menacing Kumquat, Heavy Melon Ale, and Cursed. Decibel Magazine's Adem Tepedelen will also be on hand to sign his book Brewtal Truth: A Guide to Extreme Beers.

38. King Dude, Drab Majesty, Foie Gras
Local doom rock dad King Dude plays an early show at Kremwerk, with Drab Majesty, Foie Gras, and False Prophet DJs Sharlese and Kate.

39. Make Space Zine Issue #3 Release Party
The genius lady brains behind the womxn-centric Make Space Zine have done it again, with Issue #3 hot off the presses and prominently featured at their upcoming release party on May 20. Artists in this issue (and present for performance and casual conversation at this party) include Kim Selling, DoNormaal, Sharece Anissa Phillips, and Una Blue.

40. Preview Party: Inspiring Beauty
Celebrate the opening of BAM's exhibit marking 50 years of the Ebony Fashion Fair with a preview party, promising haute couture, craft cocktails, and music by DJ J-Justice.

41. SASS: SANCA's Annual Spring Showcase
Seattle's School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts presents a circus variety show (unique with every performance) that features SANCA's staff, students, and friends. (Through Sun)

Combining the equally nerdy communities of classical enthusiasts and sci-fi geeks is a great idea, so tonight the Symphony performs works from such iconic films as Star Wars and Avatar.

Revert to childhood as you experience the magic of Shrinky Dinks. Entry cost covers a full sheet of Shrink Film, coloring supplies, and snack/refreshments (but BYOB). 44. Star Trek: Exploring New Worlds Opening Weekend
To mark the opening of their Star Trek: Exploring New Worlds exhibit on Saturday, the EMP will have a stacked lineup of events, including a Landing Party and a member preview of the exhibit on Friday, a guest celebrity appearance featuring Brent Spiner and Denise Crosby of Star Trek: The Next Generation on Saturday from 11 am-4 pm, a screening of Trekkies and a Q&A with co-executive producer Denise Crosby on Saturday at 4:30 pm, and a Campout Cinema screening of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan on Sunday.

45. VHS Uber Alles Presents: Hawkeye
Watch Hawkeye, a film featuring "high kicks, acid washed jeans, sunglasses at night, and sax in the soundtrack," only available on VHS and just $2 to watch at Grand Illusion's screening.

SATURDAY
46. Boots 'n' Buzzcuts
Support leather fetishists everywhere by pulling up your boot straps and buzzing down your sides for Boots 'n' Buzzcuts at the Cuff. Your barbers for the evening will be Jason Farmer and Brock Madson-Betz, and your boot-blacks will be Brynn Beitzel and Jacob Kuisti. Proceeds for the evening go to Seattle Area Support Groups.

47. Carnival of the Animals
Seattle Symphony and ARC Youth Dance Company join forces to create a sonic and visual jungle of Saint Saën's enchanted music for all ages to enjoy.

48. Life in Color: Kingdom
Enjoy the complete sensory overload that is Life in Color, the world's largest paint party. LIC converts the experience of a live concert into a massive dance party wherein the only tactile sensation left is touch (as in, your human form is now no more than a wet paint splatter). Soundtracking the event will be DJs Knife Party, Tritonal, Louis The Child, and Slander.

49. Madness: Fresh Prints
The '90s are alive and well at Q, with a night of pump-up sneakers, printed snapbacks, and drum machines, featuring Sean Majors, Blueyedsoul, Marty Mar, and Bgeezy.

50. Medieval Women's Choir: Visions in the Cloister
The Medieval Women's Choir will perform a concert that explores the "ecstatic inner lives of medieval nuns," based on autobiographies written by older nuns for future ones.

51. Paddle Scavenger Hunt
Bring a paddle-friendly vessel for this scavenger hunt with Fremont Brewing on Lake Union. If you collect all five trinkets, hidden at different spots on the lake, you'll win a prize (and you'll get a consolation prize if you don't!)

52. Prost! German Pubs Reise
Explore the German pubs of Seattle on a tour bus—it's said to be "the bier adventure of the season!" The trip will start at Prost! 55. Tainted Tales: Mother, May I?
The Haus of Keebler is bringing back their successful Tainted Tales series with a whole night dedicated to sweet Mommy Dearest (and the subtle aging prowess of Abbey Roads). 56. The Universal Language Project: The Elements
Earth, fire, wind, and water sound familiar and predictable enough, but see how visual artist Scott Kolbo and progressive jazz/post-rock/contemporary classical band Torch interactively depict their fifth element, "Aether."

57. XPLORE Seattle Urban Adventure Race
Race through the city on foot or on public transit on this massive scavenger hunt featuring clues and "wild challenges." The winning teams get points towards a growing cash prize that, after a few races, could be worth more than $3000.

58. You’re Lookin’ at Country: Tough Love (Parenting Edition)
Watch classic country music videos featuring artists including Conway Twitty, Loretta Lynn, George Jones, and the late, great Merle Haggard, who will teach you all you need to know about parenting through "tales about philandering dads, depressive mamas, heartbroken kiddos, and above all, alcohol-fueled destruction of the family unit.”

59. Bill Burr: Plowin' Ahead
Comedian, Breaking Bad and F is for Family actor, and Bill Burr's Monday Morning podcast host Bill Burr brings his everyman style of funny to the WaMu.

60. The Enchanted Live and Temporary Death of Sadie December
Poet and performer Dorothy Frances Kent presents The Enchanted Life and Temporary Death of Sadie December, a multi-genre piece about Kent's personal experience "becoming a trans woman, feminist, femme dyke and artist," with animation by Clyde Peterson and music by Lori Goldston and Leah Gold. (Closes Today)

61. Latte Art Throwdown
Free pizza and beer for all are promised at this latte art showdown—prove your superior milk pouring skills for a $5 buy-in.

62. Mushroom Maynia
This family-friendly mushroom event promises educational displays, identifiers available to identify mushrooms, a cultivation display, crafts, and children's activities.

63. OtB Art School Listening Party #4
If you're really into public group audio zen, head to On the Boards this Sunday to see OtB Communications Director Erin Jorgensen and OtB Ambassador James Holt drop the needle on some seriously vibey records. All music selections are an unreleased surprise as everyone watches the sun go down across town and listens to each meditative track. Free and open to the public, this event plans to let loud "some rhythmically lulling melodies."

64. Rough Draft No. 3
Rough Draft, the excellent, imaginative, and thoroughly unconventional pop-up dinner party/actual party, is back with revisions. The model is the same-whimsical, aggressively seasonal food and great local booze-but the setting is different. As you would expect with any third draft, there are a few little edits. This time, expect a 10-course meal and five paired beverages that showcase the flavors of spring, including products of fishermen, butchers, brewers, distillers, and, especially, Copperworks Distilling Company, where the event will be held.

65. Seattle Festival Orchestra: Popular Classics and Film Hits
Seattle Festival Orchestra's last show of the season will include famous film orchestrations, including Klaus Badelt's Pirates of the Caribbean suite and selections from Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story, as well as work by Grieg, Bizet, and Mozart.

66. SIFF Secret Festival
The Secret Festival (part of the Seattle International Film Festival) is genuinely top-secret, and for good reason: "because we show films that we are not supposed to show, films that have legal issues and cannot be publicly screened, films that have been promised to premiere at festivals later in the year, films that people may have sent us by mistake!" Come ready for drama (and ready to sign a non-disclosure document).

67. Spacesuits for Indians, Variations, The Wild War
Galactic alt rockers Spacesuits For Indians hit the High Dive stage, with Variations and The Wild War.

68. Wanderlust 108
Billed as the "world's only mindful triathlon," Wanderlust 108 includes a 5K, 75 minutes of yoga with a live DJ, and a 30-minute guided meditation.
