Summer is rosé season—or, at least, the season when big events like last weekend's Charles Smith's First-Annual Jet City Rosé Experience sell out and beverages like rosé slushies start showing up on menus at places like Revolution Wine. Whether or not you need an excuse to drink pink wine, there are plenty of events in the coming days and weeks devoted to the summery beverage (including some on National Rosé Day, which happens on Saturday, June 10), and we've rounded them all up below. Plus, we've compiled all of the other big wine events happening this month below, if you don't want to commit to just pink wine—although there's no reason why you shouldn't.

JUNE 8

13th Annual Drink Pink Celebration
Try out specially selected rosés and order socca (chickpea flour cake) and pissaladière (southern French anchovy onion pie) on the patio of Post Alley's Cafe Campagne.

JUNE 10

Rosé All Day Saturdays
This summer, head to the Garden (Hotel Sorrento's outdoor dining area) for rosé all day on Saturdays. The deal includes $8 wine by the glass and $32 rosé bottles. Plus, there will be live acoustic guitar and live bands to set the mood.

Rosé Party in Kirkland
If you're in a wine-all-day kind of mood, take advantage of Lady Yum's deal on $10 bottomless sparkling house rosé (with shrub, optionally). All you need to do is buy some food to seize the bargain.

JUNE 15

W Seattle: Everything's Coming up Rosé
Celebrate the start of summer at W Seattle with rosé—lots of it. In addition to the wine, you'll enjoy a three-course seated dinner created by TRACE Chef Steven Ariel, featuring pan-seared scallops over baby lettuce with a green goddess dressing, grilled halibut and local asparagus with a garlic prawn butter sauce, and berry pavlova topped with basil chia seed sauce. Each course will be paired with a local rosé by Woodinville winemakers.

JUNE 16

4th Annual Pig and Pink!
Back for its fourth year, Pig and Pink is what cookouts should strive to resemble: a whole pig roasted in Vif's parking lot, with free-flowing rosé and unpretentious vibes.

JUNE 20

Rosé Solstice Patio Party
Join Mr. West for a rosé party on the patio, in celebration of the first day of splendid summer. There will be 13 different local rosé selections, as well as tunes by DJ Shane Deegan, raffles, t-shirts, food specials and a cheese-tasting table.

JULY 1-2

All About Wine: Rosé
If you're the type of person who needs an intellectual understanding of their drink to really enjoy it, sommelier Janet Beeby can help you out. She'll explain where rosé is from, who makes it, and what gives it that attractive blush. The event is sold out, but you can join the waitlist.

Other wine events this month: Saturday Wine Tastings on Lake Union (Every Saturday), Serafina Summer Wine Sale & Tasting (June 10), Renton Wine Walk (June 9), Sunsets in Snohomish June Wine Walk (June 10), Tacoma Wined Up (June 10), Vintage Bothell Wine, Beer, and Spirits Walk (June 10), Tri-Cities Wine & Music Festival (June 10), Kirkland Wine Walk (June 23), Summer Sip in the Garden (June 25).
