This movie will change what you think about Eliot Spitzer, harden what you probably already think about Wall Street, and infuriate you once again over the misdeeds of the Bush administration. It’s wrapped in the story of Spitzer’s prostitution-ring exploits—the lady he visited most wouldn’t agree to appear but consented to be interviewed, so an actress delivers her side of the story—but what this movie is really about is the rich and powerful Republicans (whom Spitzer came down hard on as attorney general and governor of New York) who orchestrated his downfall and got away with making it look like he did it to himself.
