This brewery, which has been underway for over two years, will at last open in the former space of the convenience store John's Corner Deli in West Seattle on March 8. The brewery will highlight farmhouse and sour ales inspired by Belgian and French brewing techniques and made with local ingredients, with twenty beers on tap and an outdoor patio.
