Thank you for your expert opinion on what people in Port Angeles do or don't need; I'm sure they'll take your valuable insight into consideration.
But seriously, maybe if some of the residents there had access to something culturally uplifting, like, say, artistic programming and opportunities they might not feel so despondent, hopeless, and in need of turning to chemicals to allay their feelings of disconnection and impulses toward self-destruction. That's just MY opinion, but hey, at least it has some actual http://arttherapy.org/">clinical evidence to back it up.
As someone who lives in Port Angeles, we absolutely need a performing arts center in this area. Our town is full of meth and heroin, but also full of people who aren't on meth and heroin who would love to do something other than go to bars and church.
And yes, we will use it. And people will find funding for it. There are many wealthy people in this area who will donate.
It makes me sad that you think we are all just country bumpkins who watch Ax Men and Twilight. We have a great deal of desire for culture in our county.

Hey I hear Seattle is a pretty big crystal freak town. They better at deserving a performing arts center than meth heads?

Happy to stand corrected
Good luck to Port Angelrs
Maybe with the rebirth of the Elwha River, PA will have a larger renaissance.
