Kathleen Richards

Kathleen Richards is the former managing editor of The Stranger. Prior to joining The Stranger, she was the co-editor of the East Bay Express in Oakland, Calif., where she also wrote award-winning stories about hunting wild boar, waste in the medical industry, and Yelp's shady advertising practices. She's still getting used to living in a climate that gets colder than 55 degrees and rains more than once a year. In her spare time she beats drums and hikes through forests taking photos of trees.
