Annie Wagner

Annie Wagner is The Stranger's former film editor. She was born and raised in Capitol Hill, but has since lived in such far-flung locales as Phoenix, AZ, Charlottesville, VA, and Wedgwood. After graduating from Holy Names Academy, she earned her bachelor's degree in Modern Studies from the University of Virginia in 2002 and her master's in English (with a concentration in theory and criticism) from U.Va. in 2003. Previously, she served as The Stranger's performance editor, ran an independent and foreign film exhibitor at U.Va., and taught SAT and LSAT strategies for an enormous test-prep corporation.
