Ry Armstrong (they/she/he) is a queer advocate for the arts who dreams to create actionable change in the community and save the planet from the defining crisis of our time. Armstrong is an American, genderqueer artist who was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest surrounded by nature and the arts. Their upbringing was full of arts education and ultimately compelled them to follow a career in storytelling. Shortly after finishing a degree in Theatre Arts & Political Science from CWU, they moved from the Emerald City to the Big Apple, eventually working on productions Off-Broadway and in regional houses across the country. Armstrong is a proud union member of both AEA & SAG-AFTRA. Complementary to their acting, their focus shifted to sustainability as they earned a graduate degree in International Relations from AU.
