If Renter A is more desirable than Renter B (because of credit score, rental history, law suits or other objective & legal criteria) LL should be encouraged to use those criteria.

Landscape architect (not a real architect) turns advocate for getting rid of viaduct, no tunnel, a riiculous idea that you can rout all that traffic across the waterfront without any negative impact to the waterfront or traffic across the city, then styles herself as a urban growth expert and we should somehow pay attention toe her opinon because???
