Consider this: the 2020 Census dust-up is an attempt to distract us from something. You keep getting people worked up over minor things and the major stuff gets over-looked.
And it keeps the tension alive between those who want all illegals sent back and those who want some kind of amnesty.
The census has asked this kind of question in the past. It's not that big a deal.
And anyone who's used census material in the past, like family history buffs, know that all too often, people just didn't answer some of the questions.
So, for all those who are getting worked up, calm down and think of ways around it if it's so important.
Of course, the first solution is to just not answer it. They'll send someone to get answers but not forever.
Carrying on about it just re-inforces the idea that there are millions of illegal residents and that's why certain states are up in arms.

The Bill of Rights were demanded by the citizenry as a condition to entering into the union of states and forming a national government.
Denying those rights will dissolve that union.
