On the film "Adam": I don't even think it was necessary for you guys to deconstruct the film's context in order to mitigate it's "problematic" nature [even though many excellent points were made].....the only issue that needs to be discussed on this topic, is that demanding a film be cancelled for being "problematic", let's just be blunt, is censorship. Plain and simple. Cancel culture-while it might result in some form of justice on occasions, is GARBAGE. It's nothing more than a really creepy progressive version of a moral panic [and I am a queer progressive].

I am hoping one day our grandchildren will look at cancel culture and "problematic" critiques, in the same way we laugh about the 1950's when the MPAA required crime films to have the bad guy get caught in the end, in order to avoid sending the message that crime pays. Absolutely no different in my opinion.

I can't even imagine the boredom involved with an L Word watch party. The ex and I watched the full run of Queer as Folk (the US one), and enjoyed near every minute of it. But we couldn't make it past season 2 of the L Word, we were too busy screaming, "Oh SHUT THE FUCK UP, JENNY!" to hear it.

Why do you guys never plug the website, for leaving feedback? You've commented here before that you read the comments, but you still direct people to the Facebook page (when YET ANOTHER privacy breach - this time on the order of hundreds of millions - was discovered today) rather than the Stranger? I guess it's still the easier platform to maintain communication with readers/listeners, despite how terrible it is.
