Sondland showed in his testimony his own Trump-level misogyny. He told a completely condescending lie about a meeting with Fiona Hill, claiming that he had to calm down the extremely emotional, shaking little girl when she got very upset, giving her encouraging words and friendly paternal hugs. What really happened is that she explained in simple words, so he could understand, that he was corrupt and completely out of line. She quoted chapter and verse how his actions were illegal and unprofessional. In his testimony he spun that around so he could sound like a "nice guy" "taking care of the little lady."
