I'm pretty sure the suit on the unicorn is a specific reference to the jumpsuits worn by vault-dwelling civilians in the Fallout series of games. The most recent one takes place in a post-apocalyptic Washington DC.

Just in case, you know, someone wanted additional context. For the naked Obama on a unicorn painting.
