This time around, instead of asking the mayor to answer as many questions as he can in a short period of time, we're going to pick the top ten questions which he'll give in-depth answers to. Then he'll answer as many other questions as he can, time permitting. So if you see a question you'd like Mayor McGinn to answer, be sure to give it a thumbs up! (And if you see a question that's no good, you can give it a down vote.)
