Oops . . . Blackhawks just traded Sopel today. But the issue is salary cap and the fact that he's bad at hockey. President McDonough, by-the-way, was an executive with the Cubs for a long time before being lured away to the Blackhawks, so he's well aware of boys' town and is a pretty good marketer of the teams. Not surprised he would do this.
