Rep Carlyle was on foot with Rep. Pedersen and Rep. Hudgins in the same contingent that I was in. If he was on one of his children's scooters, I never noticed it and it was only for a few moments.

I second, Roddy... He was on foot when he passed us at 4th & Wall. And that's much better than the folks who couldn't be bothered to walk the entire route, or who only sent poster-carrying supporters.
