"...restores the authority of elected officials to pass laws barring abortion without interference from the federal judicial courts..."

Am I reading this wrong, or is he asking that abortion laws be exempt from our checks-and-balances form of governance?
2
Yes please, please, Dino Rossi, move to the right.
3
Hee hee! Publicola's reporting Dino said hell no.
4
Fascist hypocrite.
5
Translation:

"My three conditions are:

1. Outlaw Marbury v. Madison.
2. Continue the current budget deficits until the country is permanently bankrupt.
3. Reduce benefits for veterans, and reduce them every year."
6
He must heed this call and move much more to the right.

SHOUT IT FROM THE MOUNTAINTOPS!
7
So long, Diddler! It's back to the alfalfa fields and government farming subsidies for you!
8
Don't you have to have momentum first, before you can "keep (it) going"?

Or does he want Rossi to pledge to repeal Newton's First Law of Motion as well?
10
@2 - Kinda. He's basically asking for abortion to become an issue decided by each state. Essentially, its a bill that attempts to overturn Roe v. Wade without a pesky constitutional amendment.
11
a right to life libertarian isn't much of a libertarian.
12
You lose, Butch!
13
And that was the last we ever heard of Clint Didier.

Please?
14
Why is he so Pink?
15
Pouty bitch
16
Didier said, "No, because I cannot be wrote in. That's against our regulations. I have been voted off the ballot."

'...cannot be WROTE in?"

Dumbass.
17
You know, I'm normally all pro-democratization and stuff, but there used to be a time when candidates for the US Senate didn't say things like "I cannot be wrote in". Way back in, say, 2008.
18
According to Publicola, when Didier asked Rossi to back his agenda in exchange for an endorsement, Rossi said he would "think about it". But aren't abortion, low taxes and limited government key planks in the Republican platform? What does Rossi need to think about? Must need to check with his Wall Street buddies and see if bailing out banks conflicts with budget deficits.
19
@18 by limited government, do you mean deregulating the Too Big To Fail banks owned by the Saudis so they can rip us off even more?
20
Will, when exactly did you turn into a Newt Gingrich mouthpiece, and do your other PCOs in the 43rd know?
21
No idea. I'm assuming I got elected by a massive overwhelming margin again. We Fremonsters are like that.
22
I had no idea Ron Paul tried to repeal abortion rights. Well, what little respect I did have for him is now obliterated.
23
Goodbye to you, man-child Clint.
24
Jesus! Somebody actually asked if they could write him in? What part of "top-two primary" is so hard to understand?
25
I hear your wheat growing, go catch it. Buh Bye.

Please wait...
