That's the view from San Francisco, and though Republicans usually deride anything and everything that comes out of that city, this morning Dino Rossi's campaign is happily passing this around:

Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington

There are three reasons why the fourth-ranking Senate leader is in trouble. 1) She's seen by many back home as a national figure rather than a home-state pol. 2) Her opponent is a moderate conservative who is difficult to demonize as a right-winger. And 3) Republican Dino Rossi will have enough money to wage an aggressive campaign to the very end. In other years, Murray's influence in Washington would be a big plus. This year ... perhaps not.
