I wanted to see what ground-level teabaggers thought of Christine O’Donnell's admission that she "dabbled into" witchcraft, so I went to Glenn Beck's Huffington Post-like site, The Blaze, to read the comments. Surely, they would hold O'Donnell to the same strict standards they have been using to define other politicians, right?

SO WHAT … Nancy Pelosi is an actual WITCH!

This video doesn’t really look too good for her, but as previously said it was quite some time ago and who knows what was going on at the time. Maybe she was trying to be funny on Mr. Bowel Movement, or BM, show at the time. Who cares, I still believe she would be a better choice then the other two candidates.

These days it comes down to “pick your poison”. Everyone has baggage and O’Donnell is no different. Witchcraft is relatively harmless. Communism/Marxism are extremely dangerous. Mauher is a fruitcake, probably has his own baggage and is irrelevant.

What is wrong with witchcraft? It is just another form of worship.

Gotta love this lady. She is taking on the entire established political career people, the greedy, the powerhungry, the ill informed media. She is my kind of person-Strong, Able, Smart and Pretty too. Do you think O’Reilly or Maher or Colbert will take on that marist loon she is running against! I’ll vote for her if she practices Voodoo.

It is one thing being mislead by the devil and comit sin, we all have been there. But when you invite him into your heart as your king and master. Only God can set you free. God help us all. Pray and fast for this country.

I must say, this sudden trend toward religious freedom is a refreshing change from the traditional tea party rhetoric. Maybe they'll apply some of this new liberal religious thinking that they've suddenly developed to the so-called "Ground Zero Mosque," then?

Oh, no, wait a minute. Religious freedom is okay for teabaggers if you're a white man or a cute white woman. How could I have forgotten?

As a bonus, after the jump, I have included a poem I found on the Blaze's comments for another story. The poem, "The African Christ," must be read to be believed. However, it does implicate pagans in Obama's league of evil-doers, so perhaps we'll see a follow-up poem—"The Delaware Witch?"—to remind Tea Partiers that wiccans are still the enemy.
