Not writers who drink a lot of wine (though they are lovable too! "air hostess"!!!), but writers who write about wine. A trove of 200-year-old Champagne was found at the bottom of the sea, and a wine writer said it tasted like lime blossoms, coffee, and chanterelles. (A normal writer for the AP thought it tasted like yeast, honey, and manure, which sounds suspiciously like ass—honey-ass, but ass.)
