No Labels, the allegedly non-partisan group that recently hosted a conference featuring Joe Lieberman and Michael Bloomberg, apologized for stealing their logo from graphic designer Thomas Porostocky.

There's a lot of speculation that No Labels is an attempt to build a centrist, Ross Perotvian third party, possibly built around a presidential run by Bloomberg. Michelle Malkin believes they're an attempt by the Democrats to rebrand, the way Republicans swallowed the Teabaggers whole. However they play it, it looks like they could be an important player in the next election cycle, even though they can't even launch their brand without igniting a small scandal.
