Mr. Williams had enough dash cam videos for an entire VH1 'where are they now' retrospectives.

This is murder plan and simple.Mr. Williams was threatening No One! He was no more a threat then then woman who passed the camera before him.Then to see him laying there motionless while 4 or 5 (so called) Law Officers standing there with their guns on him is trully Sickening and Cowardly.He was Not Moving.Had they been Men with any Guts at all.they could maybe have seen if there was anything they could have done for him.Then to have this coward just quit his job and have no charges brought against him is a bigger crime itself!
