Seattle and Portland aren't on top or on bottom. But it's interesting to note that the cities with the highest coverage rates are old East Coast spots, whereas almost all the least-insured cities are in newer zones: West Coast, Florida. I wonder if that's some kind of data error, or if it's meaningful. Why would the East have better health coverage, if in fact it does?
