the "East Asian people are yellow" thing needs to die. People who have jaundice are the only people who are yellow. Likewise, American Indians are not even sort of red. Sunburned people are sort of red. Not that those things are the most racist parts of the video.

I just saw this on a proxy server.

BEG, this is a really weird-ass rendition of "Jesus Loves the Little Children." Each segregated racial group sings the chorus with stereotyped voice and musical styles. But before the white children start to sing (to a country/ western rhythm, natch) they play the first few bars of the French national anthem, just to add to the freakiness.

Would it be giving the producers too much credit to suppose that inserting the first few bars of Le Marseillaise before the white children (the lyrics of which translate to "Arise, children of the Fatherland") was intentional? If true, wouldn't this make it even more creepy?

Eh, it's a bad cartoon but I thing everyone is overrating a little bit. I hate bible thumpers as much as the next slogger but they were just trying to be inclusive of all races and when trying to make the race of a puppet easily noticeable you have to resort to some obvious stereotypes.
