Thank you Hydrogen and Helium!

YAY!

It's also handy for keeping vampires away.
4
Well, it's hit 70 at least once this week in Denver.

This is good, as I was about to kill myself.
6
I'm heading to Gasworks Park to enjoy the sun!

@3 what about werewolves - they director of Twilight is doing a Red Riding Hood movie about those ...

It's cold. It's just not freezing.

Also, what's this sun you're talking about? There seems to be an orb of concentrated overcast clouds amid this strange blue haze but it doesn't seem familiar.
8
It's 73 and sunny here in the other Washington today.

You're conveniently leaving out the four months of solid rain we always get between this little February break (which happens every year) and the actual good weather to come (which arrives on July 5th).

Hey! Have you heard that there's a chance the Northern Lights may also be visible in Seattle in the next few days?

The sun had a big solar flare, and now our atmosphere is being disturbed: http://www.tbd.com/blogs/weather/2011/02…

Short-term aurora prediction can be found here: http://www.gedds.alaska.edu/AuroraForeca… (if it reaches a Kp of 5, it will be visible low in the sky in Seattle). The lower green line is where the aurora will be on the horizon.

@9 Solid rain, Fnarf? I don't know about that.

Too damn bright.

Give me low dark grey mist until April or so...
13
I'm from somewhere else, and your weather offends me.

I take full responsibility for the sun, I set my alarm to wake me to Swans' "God Damn the Sun."

Please wait...
