(Other top cuts included community health centers, biomedical research, energy efficiency and renewable energy, high-speed rail, pollution control and cleanup, the WIC program... and the IRS.)

I know, I noticed that right off the bat. They claim they want to create jobs, and the single biggest cut they make is in job training.
