Cienna Madrid profiles Davis—who is being sued by City Attorney Pete Holmes for opening a club too close to a school—and his campaign to challenge Seattle's anti-strip club regulations: "Simply put, every change to Seattle's strip club laws in 20-plus years has been prompted by Davis's lawsuits. ... Not only has Davis been single-handedly changing Seattle's strip club laws, he's making a good living at it."
