Bob Davis, owner of Jiggles Gentlemen's Club, refused to be photographed for an article in the paper this week. On the upside, this dancer was happy to have her picture taken on the stripper pole:

Cienna Madrid profiles Davis—who is being sued by City Attorney Pete Holmes for opening a club too close to a school—and his campaign to challenge Seattle's anti-strip club regulations: "Simply put, every change to Seattle's strip club laws in 20-plus years has been prompted by Davis's lawsuits. ... Not only has Davis been single-handedly changing Seattle's strip club laws, he's making a good living at it."
