On Nov. 28, when state legislators in Olympia start debating whether to take about $2 billion more out of state services in order to balance the budget, there's going to be a march on the capitol building.
The demand: A "People's Special Session" that achieves budget savings by closing corporate tax loopholes rather than further slashing programs that help the working poor and socially vulnerable.
