I wish Santorum's views on theology, free-will and women's rights would grow up.

Well, you've got to hand to him. If I had his Google problem, I'd avoid any place called Cumming no question.

Of course, if I was him, he wouldn't a Google problem.

And just to ad to the story, Cumming, GA is in Forsyth county, which did not allow blacks or minorities to live there only a few decades ago. That was not a law, but a rule that was pretty effectively enforced. A minority person did not want to find themselves in that county after dark back then.

I like the way you folks at The Stranger elevate third-grade humor to fourth-grade humor.

I think this kind of effort to elevate humor really helps with everyday readers who read a story in The Stranger and don't have to wonder: Is this a real story or are The Stranger writers once again making stuff up -- har, har, har!

@6 Not hardly.

There is no way #5's mom was elevated from third-grade to fourth-grade, humorously or otherwise.

“We need to build those foundational institutions of the church,” [Santorum] said. “Defend the church, defend the family, defend the non-profit community, defend them against a government that wants to weaken them.”

He added, "Because, in my America, only through the charity drives run by these groups would you ever be able to afford healtchare."
