Where do I go to donate to the campaign?
2
Noel's campaign website is here: http://noelframe.com/

Noel has connections but she is a pain in the ass to work with. Some latent need to always be the smartest person in room. Maybe next time when she's grown up. Next please.

A good source, close to Brett Phillips, told me (and others) at the Wing Luke dinner and auction on Saturday that Brett was in and would be making a formal announcement soon.

Wow, I had no idea that Frame was going to run. This is an exciting and great development --- she would be fantastic. Intelligent, caring, extremely knowledgeable --- this is good news.

Don't be fooled by Gael. When tough votes came to her at the Port, she voted to the right. Not progressive enough to represent the 36th.
7
Agreeing with Justin Saying. Look at her donors during her last port race -- she'll be a roadkill member faster than you can say corporations are people.

Fantastic, finally! Nobody's going to outwork Noel, and she's got the brains for the job. Really exciting news.

@3: It was my privilege to work with Noel during her tenure as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Approve Referendum 71 campaign. The reason she's so frequently treated like the smartest one in the room is because she very often is. It may be the case that she doesn't suffer fools gladly, but I actually found her to be a moderating influence on the campaign, and an incredibly fair leader and manager. I've never seen someone so dedicated, and so focused on actually accomplishing something (rather than, as often happens, getting bogged down in the BS of trying to keep the loonies happy). Also? Frankly? I actually really like her.

I love Noel and want to give her my entire life savings. My apologies that life savings is only about twenty bucks :-(

Is Noel associated with the League of Education Voters? She might be. This group backs Bill Gates style of ed reform such as putting non-certificated teachers in classrooms with 5 weeks of training (Teach for America), high stakes testing, charter schools and union busting. If Noel is going to promote this type of reform..I"m not interested

Is Noel associated with the League of Education Voters? She might be. If so, this organization supports Bill Gates style of education reform such as charter schools, placing non-certificated individuals with 5 weeks of training as teacher of record (TFA), union busting etc. If this is the case- I"m not interested.

I am also running for this position, but because I am not a Democrat, my candidacy could be unmentioned. I'm Linde Knighton, of the Progressive Party. If you want actual change, vote for someone who dares to defy the state establishment. I believe that the voters are the boss of the state legislature, that if we do not change our tax structure SOON, we will get into even worse financial trouble as a state. We need to fully fund education (And I define it.), repair the health care system, and get rid of the state law that allowed John T. Williams' to be shot down, while his killer goes unpunished. I am to the left of the other candidates. Please read about my campaign at
