A Fisher scone is not a scone in any other part of the world. It is a biscuit. But it is one of the best things in the world when done right in the Pacific Northwest.

Scones are flat-out horrible no matter who makes them. The best of them has the mouthfeel of gypsum wallboard mixed with a small amount of pus as a binder. Nasty things.

Low rent southern style biscuit. Go South for a proper biscuit/scone.....

They're like a McDonald's french fry--good until they drop below the critical temperature and then inedible.

Want a good scone, go to the Crumpet Shop. You'll notice how little it resembles the Fisher scone.

Also, the raspberry jam that the Fisher folks use is repulsive.
