Will there be any Red Eye cameras for people biking stoned?

If folks can't smoke pot in their apartments because it is a no smoking building, can't smoke in bars and restaurants because of no smoking laws and now will be fined for smoking in public, and some Counties are banning the sale in unincorporated areas, it would appear the will of the public in legalizing marijuana has been negated by officious twirps in city and county government.

@2 huh?

@3 there are other methods besides smoking...
5
@4 I've tried eating it but nothing happens. What else?
6
@5, if you have tried eating it and nothing happens, some people have found that having a single hit makes the body realize what it has in the blood stream and kick starts everything.

You can also try vaporizing if burn/smoking doesn't appeal to you.

If you're "subject to a simple warning for your first infraction" how do the cops ever know that that you're on your second or subsequent infraction? Unless they warn you and you're so stoned that you keep puffing away in front of them and they turn around and bust you?

@7- " Unless they warn you and you're so stoned that you keep puffing away in front of them and they turn around and bust you?"

Basically yes, that's it. Or if they keep catching you day after day in the same place. Or if you throw you pipe at them from the bushes then dance around.

also, it's illegal on federal property: national parks, national forests, national monuments.

so basically, the only place that its allowed is on your own property.

if i were a hookah club owner, i'd be applying to add weed to the menu.

OK city, this is your time to step up. Sell books of vouchers to clear these tickets at $140 for a book of six. You'll clean up on the tourists and college kids alone.

I had nasty skunk weed smoke blown in my face multiple times within a few blocks of getting off the train from the airport in Seattle. Not a great first impression.

@3 Friends are always happy to have you bring some weed to their smoke-positive home to share. Also, it's tremendously easy to smoke weed discreetly outside. Clearly, the intent of the law is to prevent people from lighting up outside Westlake Center, not to ping you for $27 for roasting a bowl over by the shrubbery.
