Why does passing through middle age amplify one's fear of heights?
Ok, why do some palms sweat when presented with heights? Mine have done this for years, and my dad's as well. Does this seem like an especially anti-Darwinian trait to anyone else?
Oddly, I didn't use to be afraid of heights until about ten or fifteen years ago; now this is going to make me queasy for the rest of the day.
