Ansel, thanks for blogging on this. I've read Kinnucan's original email and it says: "I received written confirmation from GRE Lockhaven", not "Goodman Real Estate Lockhaven". You should use brackets to indicate when you change someone's words but here, even with brackets, the change is inappropriate because there is no such company as "Goodman Real Estate Lockhaven".
