Already an improvement. For all the value Richmark provides our business community, the original building color is painfully drab. Kudos to Richmark!

Neat. Have you seen the building that's being painted on Madison near 7th Ave.? It's also a one story non-descript building, and someone is painting black and white geometrical designs across the whole structure. Something tells me these two projects are related.
