#ShoutMyAbortion my mom told me she would have aborted me, if she'd been in America when she found out she was pregnant! Yay for more restrictive laws in most places back in those days.
She went on to have several more abortions throughout my childhood, mostly due to not using condoms.

A Landlord has the right to lease to whomever he wishes (so long as she meets EOC standards).

A Tenant must be welcome and wanted.

Once a lease is signed, a Tenant has rights too.

The Landlord must be dutiful.
The Property must be kept clean.
The Tenant must be respectful.

A Landlord can vacate the property with cause, say if the Tenant entered without her full consent and knowledge, and did not, say, jump a locked gate to get in.

A Tenant can stand his ground if he upheld the terms of lease.

@1: Your mom should not have told you that, and I'm sorry that she did.
Do you feel your childhood would have been improved if you had had "several more" unwanted siblings?
@2: wut.
4
@3 - Something, something DMFOTP.

I think he's trying to say that a woman (i.e. the Landlord) has the right to "evict" the baby/tenant/wombtender if the tenant is living in the house without permission?
5
@3 It sounds like @2 is being evicted.. Anyway he is a nutball, and a bad troll, just ignore the dingbat..
7
@2 sorta makes sense in a metaphorical way.
8
It's a tortured metaphor as well as deeply stupid hence my response.
Because "wut" pretty much sums it up.

Awesome post that appeared in my Facebook feed:
'I don't care if Planned Parenthood provides nothing BUT abortion services. I don't care if it's a million-story abortion superpark with abortion waterslides and an abortion electrical parade. Abortion is legal. ABORTION IS LEGAL. If I read one more "defense" of Planned Parenthood that says "it's not JUST abortions!" or "only 5% of what they do is abortion! And abortions aren't federally funded!" I'm going to abort myself. Abortion is legal, culturally necessary, and good for humanity. It has been and will be practiced for millennia. It is essential. It is a fact. By minimizing, denying or apologizing for this fact, you are allowing these venal anti-woman Nazis to frame this debate and continue to chip away at this essential right. Abortion is not tragic. It is not painful. It is a fact. It is a right. Demand it, fight for it, and for the sake of the women who have given their lives to defend it, stop apologizing for it."
10
@9: I'd agree except to say that instead of 'abortion is not tragic' it is nevertheless a tragically difficult decision to make. Individual female dispositions may vary, and that is acceptable as well.
11
it's east madison street, not madison avenue. people are gonna think she got a mad man-style abortion or somethin'.
12
wew lad
13
@10: and what, exactly, are your qualifications for making that assertion? Ever had one? Ever potentially going to have one? No? Then, shaddup.
14
@3 you're fucking funny.

Honestly man I thought that we were talking about stuff that's normal but we don't talk about. I would wager like 40% of everybody woulda/shoulda/coulda been aborted.

Man also, dispense of this "tragic" nonsense. C'mon this ain't leave it to beaver. Folks are getting drunk or being slutty or both and no one really wants to wear condoms but are on some 'shit will be fine probably well ain't that some bad luck?' Shit. And they take care of it, it's a form of birth control, widely practiced in this country. What it isn't is a "tragedy". If it were a tragedy, it'd have to be illegal. Forget trying to figure out if an unborn child has rights, it'd be a horrific social injury worth banning on it's own.
15
@13: Your assertion is that nobody should have a subjective view. The word "tragic" is an adjective and therefore subjective. Nobody needs to shut up, regardless of gender.
16
@14: ;)
17
@2

Your landlord is female, and your tenant is male. Does this mean it's okay with you for abortions if the fetus is female?
18
@13

Unlike you most women know the father of their unborn child. On at least a first name basis. It isn't one of a possible 10 or 12 random strangers at that party you went to.

Unlike you most women have a core respect for the sanctity of life.

So for women with the spark of humanity entirely absent in you ending a life is a hard decision. Before throwing around the word Nazi you might consider how neatly it applies to you and those like you.
19
@18: So, Seattleblues, how is it that you are so sure emma's bee got pregnant by screwing a bunch of randos at a party? Were you one of the lucky 10 or 12?

What is it with you and accusing people you don't like of being either unabashed skanks, syphilitic wrecks, or flamboyant caricatures of gay people? Are you actually unaware that there are straightedge people, honest respectable folks with uncontroversial habits, that disagree with you on things? Nah, you know they exist. It's just your habit to accuse others of distasteful lifestyles because you don't have anything meaningful to say.

And as a Jew, I'm going to tell you on this Day of Awe to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up when it comes to deciding who's a Nazi. For the record, the Nazis thought that homosexuals were a bunch of worthless degenerates and made abortion a capital offense, so I'd advise you to be REALLY FUCKING CAREFUL about how YOU are going to bandy that term around.
20
Also Seattleblues, two questions you've thus far refused to answer, presumably because you're a little bitch:

You claim to discriminate not against the gay identity (a neurophysiological phenomenon whose existence you have from time to time denied) but rather against the gay lifestyle of dating and screwing people of one's own gender. With this in mind, would you or would you not rent to a tenant who was gay but at the time single and celibate?

You've derided articles from journals of unimpeachable reputation and prestige (such as Science and Nature) as "pseudo academic bullshit" and claimed that statistics or studies you disagree with are faked. I find it relevant to ask what WOULD convince you to change your opinions, if not published peer-reviewed research?

Answer the questions, Seattleblues.
21
@20

Off topic. So I'm positive the censors will delete your post. Well, now that I've had a morning laugh-

Get this clear, boy. I don't take orders from children. I don' t owe children answers. If I answer you it's because of a respect for the learning process, but it is mistaken in your case. Leftist nutjobs can't learn. I mean, a socioeconomic system proven unworkable everywhere it's been tried itms whst you morons have to offer.
22
"unworkable everywhere it's been tried itms whst you morons have to offer."

@20 I think you broke it.
23
@20 No matter how articulate and rational you may be, folks like @18 and @14 will continue to be willfully ignorant simply to be spiteful trolls. Ask all the thoughtful questions you like, but I bet you a dollar that you'll never get an authentic sentence out of those children.

Straight men are beyond predictable. They add nothing new to the conversation, but love to shout the same old immature, misogynistic bigotry in hopes of derailing all genuine discourse.
24
"Get this clear, boy."

wtf, this isn't Dukes of Hazard you white trash retard. This WAS a discussion on abortion, not you waving your tiny dick around the internet. Practice what you preach and stay on topic yourself. Hypocrite say what?
25
Ooh, I got a rise out of our special troll @18. Go away, cretinous hack. I'm sure your wife and kids miss you.
26
@21: You've been more than eager to argue with me in the past, even when I've demanded answers of you. But suddenly you clam up. Could it be that you don't HAVE answers to those questions? Or is it just that you know that the answers you have, if you speak truthfully, will show everyone just how awful a person you are?
They're not even hard questions. They're quite simple, really. If you can't answer them, there's not much hope for you and your tiny tiny intellect.
27
@9: Thank you emma's bee.
29
@28: Yup. That's pretty much it in a nutshell.
30
Have an easy fast, Venomlash. I hope you get inscribed in the book of life for another year; we need you and everyone like you in this world of seattleblues and the rest of the execrable fundies.
31
@25 Nope Subhumanblues's wife and children don't miss the loathsome creature at all.
32
@30: Thank you, and may you be similarly blessed with an easy and meaningful fast.

Please wait...
