I hope it sticks around, but I suspect it won't; artists and artist adjacents do not often survive the scourge of gentrification once its infernal gears start turning.

did they get rid of the creosote soaked main floor (the wood ends the floor is made of) that nearly chokes you. Doing a dance routine while breathing in that does not sound healthy.
