I would gladly trade my double-wide hovel in the sticks for a glass-encased danish-modern swingin' bachelor pad in the city. Just like the Herzog & de Meuron building.

Except a) I can't afford it, and b) I can always shoot my guns off in my backyard, here in the sticks.
