On on the long list of fails there is this: blind people don't look up like that. Sighted people do that, because they're trying not to look. Because they can look. Blind people generally look straight ahead. Unless they're playing an electric organ and really rocking out. But deaf-blind people don't even have the organ exception. They just move their heads in response to stimulus (air movement, warm light, etc), like anyone else.
