I may be the only one with my browser misconfigured, but the results are rather pleasing:

What is the moral of this comic?
Sheryl Crow
Cheryl Chow
Cameron Crowe
Counting Crows
An actual crow

@1: So, which is it?
3
It's a way better strip than your choices offers.
4
E. Dogs are as shallow as people?
5
I think this strip is meant to reflect the author's conviction that "Soccer Moms" is a term that reeks of banality.
6
Sometimes Peanuts got really weird, but I just don't see this as exceptional. The girl thinks the dog would say something important, instead he's thinking something really dumb. Classic comedic juxtaposition.
7
Snoopy would say "soccer mom" if he could talk meaning he is just as dumb as everyone else.
8
See, that Chuck Schultz was a smarter motherfucker than anyone realized.
9
So sad. Why reprint these? They're already reproduced in books. Give the space to a fresh new talent.
10
Old people have a problem with "No problem" for some reason.

@9 Have you looked at the recent new one strip comics floating around? We are in the freaking dark ages of strip comics.

@5 and @6 thanks for putting into words my general thoughts. I kinda figure if people can't see it, you can make them. Schulz can sort of grows on a person with his relentlessness of the small. But I don't know if it can be taught...

Snoopy has clearly glimpsed Marcy's future and is desperately trying to warn her. Oh but for this cursed canine inarticulation! "Don't adopt those Chinese babies with Peppermint Patty," he'd say. "For that way lies only heart-break." You will never get to go to the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival again."

Please wait...
