I always thought he was smarmy. Now I know I was right. There are men that get into a position of power and who start to think of themselves as extraordinary. He came off as
a smart lawyer with a massive ego. That isn't attractive on a purely human level. But some people buy a sharp con man pretty easily and when they've been taken wonder how. Just to use an easy example, all those hair hopping preachers.

@1:
What separates men (and women) with power from those without is that there is typically a long line of people wanting to fuck the former group. If all of the fat and unremarkable Joe Schmoes in dead marriages had the same options that John Edwards has, they'd cheat on their wives, too.

@ What kind of an ego does it take to think you can run for president and not get found out?

My mom still wishes he was President.

On the health care issue, maybe she's right ...

I hate her so much.

Because she posed on a bed of stuffed animals wearing just a man's shirt and a pearl necklace(!). And because the interview reveals her to be completely inane, suprise suprise.

I was never a fan of his so my disdain for Edwards is nothing new. But Hunter....oh, my... so much loathing...

5: Evidently, she's very upset about the photos now, which just affirms my opinion, after reading the article, of just how naive she is, especially for being 45. You'd think a person would learn a thing or two about people by then.

@6 - ageist.

Will @ 7: I'm much closer to 45 than 25, and I'd like to (at least) think I've learned a thing or two since 25....

Please wait...
