If something would ordinarily be inane, but because it is either about Twitter or communicated via Twitter it is breathtakingly super-inane, would it be appropriate to call it "twitnane"?

When I see the word "twurder" all I can think of is "turder"

so maybe someone who turds and tweets about it? I guess what it really boils down to is what does Lindy care more about: murder or poop?
