I want to thank the Democratic party for helping me get elected. As I face retirement, and the health care issue, my mind is unresolved. I know that I will have health care paid for. And I know my family, will, too, because of this great gummint pension that includes health care for the rest of my life!.
And don't worry, by this afternoon I will have made up my mind on this signature issue of the party whose help and brand name I used so many times to win office, and get my pension, and my health care!to raise money all the time, he calls himself a Democrat for years.....and he's undecided?
anyone else horny for heath care this morning? i wanna fuck the shit out of this bill an give it babies. baby bills. might play with the bill's ass region, we'll see.
Well done unedited Morning News UNPAID INTERN Erika Broad! clear, concise, not oozing with snark, and informative, (and only a single misspelling ('e' before 'i' in receive)).
OK Dominic - this UNPAID INTERN deserves their choice pick out of the swag drawer ...oh, and a paid position. Thank you.
They were working earlier. The hugs one is kinda interesting, kids using hugs as both a tool for humiliation and sexual harassment. The drinking thing is just creepy.
Yeah. I'm totally dry humping the links on this post. I second the motion to give the Unpaid Intern a paid position.
There are few things about the media circus that give me good chills. When 1st Lt. Ehren Watada was the first officer to refuse to deploy to Iraq for reasons of his requirement to follow the Constitution; I had tingly chills up both my arms and teared up and then sent money to help in his defense.
And now Ellen steppin' up to the plate for another great young citizen. Fuck yeah!
@7, Constance has stated she wants to attend school in Mississippi. It might be a shit hole, but it's her home. I understand what she means. I'm from Ohio, but it's my home. Idiots can't take that away.
And there is at least one good reason for Constance to stay in Mississippi - to fight for reform from within.
As tempting (and rewarding - personally and professionally) as it may be to leave places of intolerance, it is also important for some to stay and "fight the good fight".
By stating that she wants to remain in Mississippi she is sending the message that she won't be driven from her home. Furthermore she is showing other youth that it is okay to stand up for your rights.
Funny how SLOG's been silent on the Kirkland story about the pit bull who, after being rescued from the abuses of dogfighting, foiled an attempted carjacking of his new guardian: http://www.komonews.com/news/local/88743…
