Bacon teriyaki is twice as good - use maple syrup with bacon.

My cheeseburger doesn't suck either . . . and it's got bacon!

Just like BBQ, minus the rice.

What's even better is using homemade Teriyaki sauce. Whenever I make it, my best friend always threatens to drink the sauce straight out of the pot.

Ingredients:
soy sauce
rice wine vinegar
plum wine
brown sugar
ginger
garlic

Takes to long.

I tend to weaken mine with more soy sauce when I cook it, though.

I prefer drier teriyaki like the kind at Osaka downtown. The sweet syrupy sauce is too much for me, I like the meat grilled and a little charred with some spice but very little sweetness.
