Is this a good place to discuss how totally overrated Pineapple Express was?

Franco's a young guy, and I can fully understand his need to explorin' all the interesting opportunities that arise before him. He's a talented guy with no small amount of fame and wealth. But in the final analysis, he (like all of us) should stick to what he does best. He's very likeable and quite attractive onscreen (haven't seen any stage work), and since he seems to get better and better with each role and has shown flashes of true greatness in some roles (he's been remarkable), I have no doubt he could become one of the greats if that's what he wants to do.

Who's James Franco?

lol, 'olden times'

I've hearted him ever since Freaks & Geeks. And I'm still convinced that he and Seth smoked a bowl before coming out at the Golden Globes to present. They were higher than hell.

It's meta. Fresh off the soap opera lark, he sold a pretend story to Esquire to lower expectations of his upcoming collection, which will roar forth to win a PEN or Pulitzer or what have you. I'm not sure where to fit in my prediction that he and Sherman Alexie will have one summer afternoon gay-just-for-you sweetly comic fuck. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

This story sounds like it was heavily influenced by Franco's new film YOUR HIGHNESS...

James Franco should take a Writing For Actors master class from Stephen Fry.

Please wait...
