Given the recent spat of Democrats who have committed acts of violence and vandalism and tried to pin it on conservatives (see this link for the most blatant example: http://www.denverpost.com/commented/ci_1…) I wouldn't be surprised at all if these individuals weren't connected, if not directly working for, the Democrat Party.

Steele also lobbied for a private jet on the RNC dime.

I'd like to see Palin in a horse bit.

Wow, lb, that's some hard-hitting journalism right there! A seven-month old story, and the only source in the story for the narrative of "Dems acting naughty to make the GOP look bad" is... wait for it....

A Republican congressman!

So this is your "most blatant" example, huh? Maybe I can point you to the random bullets that hit Senator Cantor and conservative pundit Lou Dobbs, both of which the police determined were 100% unintentional, yet both cried like babies that it was the work of "those evil libruls."

lb, you have convinced me that all conservatives are lying WATBs. I'm usually pretty open-minded, but you & your cohorts have done an excellent job. Here's your diapers.

Oh Lovesbailo, stop.

The "they wuz framed" argument doesn't wash.

@4:

Which totally doesn't make any sense given the far Right's incessant "Them librulz hatez guns!" mantra.

But then, I seldom find anything about the far Right that makes sense, so there you go.

Yeah, well, he's paying the money back. Try to at least make a half-assed effort to tell the whole story. (Which doesn't make this any less of a joke, by the way.)

I wonder if that all-expenses paid trip to Hawaii for the RNC to host their "fund raising" and smear campaign strategy session in the five star hotel has something to do with why they've been bleeding money...?

@9: That's an issue too. They made pretty good fun of it on The Daily Show.

In the end, it turns out it's the Republicans that love to live the good life on someone else's dime. When they're out of power, they pay for their strip clubs just on their donors' penny. When they're in power, it's all taxpayers who foot the bill.

In the end, this is the same Republican party of Bush, no matter how much they pretend they've moved on. If elected again, they'll enact the same policies and fraudulent practices. Again. There's really no reason to believe otherwise.

@1: So you're saying Democrats committed violence against themselves in order to later be able to blame it on Republicans? Nice. Greatest. Conspiracy. Theory. Ever.

Back over here in reality, Republicans have been lying about Democratic policies for over a year in order to gin up hatred against them. We all see it on TV everyday - it's no debate that they've been doing this. And now they wish they could disown the outcome they themselves feel a bit guilty for. Good luck, guys...

@10 (myself): All will reap what they sow.

Please wait...
